Shrinkage is real!

The last few months I've been working through the practical process of designing and building lamps. The two major factors governing the designs, were working in a scale larger than anything I've worked before, and also the practical side of having a working lamp with electrical components, etc. I'm making them in pairs, and specifically with the brown clay I'm working with, it was an interesting experiment to bisque fire one first, where they were both exactly the same dimensions (made from the same 3d printed layer stencil). Interestingly, there's a nearly exact 10% shrinkage of the clay ratio, which was important to figure out, as I'll be mating electrical components inside this one, and my next slab project.
